Monday thru Friday 7 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to Noon; Sunday 4 pm to 5 pm (for boarding pickup only)
Our hospital is open to receive patients Monday through Friday 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 noon. We gladly accept walk-in patients, although appointments are encouraged and given first priority. Please bring with you any previous medical records and information on your pet. We can call for patient records but this isn't always possible and may effect the time spent for your visit.
If it is more convenient for you, pets may be dropped off for veterinary services and day care. Most drop-off pets are ready to be picked up after 3 PM. All drop-off pets, condition permitting, are required to have be current on vaccines, a 
negative fecal check and to be free of fleas and other parasites.
Patients being admitted for surgery or dental procedures should arrive before 8 AM. Please be aware that checking in for any surgical procedure will take approximately 20 minutes, so please plan accordingly. Those pets under going anesthesia should not have been fed after 8 PM the previous evening, water is okay. Most surgical patients are discharged with instructions after 4 PM on the procedure day.
New clients leaving a pet should expect to leave an appropriate deposit for their pet's services. We may require a deposit for patients left for treatment or surgery.
A written estimate is available upon request for any services prior to the performance of those services. A staff member is always happy to speak to you about financial arrangements for unforeseen problems.
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, debit cards and Care Credit.
